Before i was in college I absolutely refused to eat leftovers of any kind. Call me spoiled or whatever you like, I just hated to eat it. Lets just say coming to college breaks down a lot of barriers. I had the opportunity to go to two different Thanksgiving dinners and I made sure to get as much food as possible to take back to my res hall. For the past two weeks I’ve had nothing but turkey, stuffing, and broccoli and cheese casserole to eat. My perspective of eating leftovers has totally changed and just about the only reason I make it through the day without spending money. My mom use to always say that I would eat her out of house and home and now I can see where she is coming from.
