Athena,
When submitted on Flickr all you have to do is put the above information in the description field, like this example http://www.flickr.com/photos/spcouta/8415418556/in/photostream.
The flickr title for your image would be the same as the file name (following this format: Last name_ First initial_1.jpg) then all the other information would go into the description field. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you very much for your submission!

I am not familiar with Flickr. I was able to submit the photos but there is no place to put the requirements.

Contact Information
a.	Athena Seaton
b.	Administrative Assistant
c.	N/A
d.	Staff
e.	seaton@uta.edu
1.	Artist Statement
The sound of splashing water is what drew me to the fountain in front of the library every day for lunch. Surrounded by shrubs within a partial cove, the outside noises are muffled by the sound of rushing water. The fountain creates an oasis of relaxation on the campus. I wanted a photo to capture how the water sprayed and bounced off the upright red slates and rippled down the surface. I like the architectural mix of rock and water and enjoy the unexpected sprays of the water when a gust of wind changes the direction.
2.	Art Information
a.	Dancing Water 1 and 2
b.	Digital photo
c.	10”x16”
d.	2012
e.	$50.00

I was interested in being a judge for this contest.
I am one of the photographers on campus and wondered if
that would be possible.
Thanks

Donald,
As long as your work conforms to what stated in the submission guidelines you may submit it. The only stipulation regarding digitally edited works is that they "...must be the photographer’s own original work. Photo manipulations of other people’s work, or stock photos, are not acceptable."

I like to manipulate my photographs with photoshop. They tend to look more like paintings when they are finished. Are you accepting this type of work?
