How do I enter?
Each photographer can submit up to 5 digital images for consideration. If a work of art is selected for exhibition the artist will be required to provide a print(s) of the selected image(s). Selected artwork must be matted with white, buffered board . Frames will be provided by the UT Arlington Library. All photographic mediums are eligible for submission.

Artists must submit their entrees to the Flickr group
• Each digital image must be saved in JPEG format, sized at a resolution of at least 150dpi, with the largest dimension measuring a maximum 16 inches. If selected for the exhibition, you will be requested to submit a physical high quality print. To see an example of how a submission should look click HERE
• Digital images must be labeled with consecutive numbers from 1-5 and formatted like the following example: Last name_ First initial_1.jpg
• To successfully complete the flickr submission, you will need to provide the following in the photo description:
1. Contact Information
b. Professional Title (for faculty/staff)
c. Degree program (students)
d. Category, chose only one (undergraduate, graduate, faculty, or staff)
e. UTA Email address
2. Artist Statement
Include a statement, not to exceed 100 words, on the work submitted. Explain your choice of media, artistic vision, process, subject matter, influences, etc.
3. Art Information
c. Dimensions in inches (width x height)
d. Year taken
e. Price (if for sale)

Photograph(s) submitted must be the photographer’s own original work. Photo manipulations of other people’s work, or stock photos, are not acceptable.
Please submit work according to these criteria. Work that does not comply with this requirement will be disqualified. Acceptance into the exhibition is not guaranteed with entry. Entered and accepted work cannot be substituted. All work must be available for the duration of the exhibition.
