Go Paperless Challenge has rewards for faculty, staff

The Waste Reduction Work Group of the President’s Sustainability Committee challenges all faculty and staff to switch to a paperless earnings statement.  During November, all faculty and staff are encouraged to go paperless and access their earnings statement online through UT Direct. Switching to paperless is easy, convenient and the most secure way to receive personal information. Visit www.uta.edu/oabs/payroll and click on Go Paperless, log on with a UTEID and password. Then click the box “I want an electronic earnings statement” and the update button. Contact Payroll Services at  payroll@uta.edu for information on passwords and how to upgrade the security level. The first three departments that go completely paperless will win a pizza party for their department. The first three departments that have a large increase to the number of employees going paperless will receive cookies and lemonade for their department. Payroll Services will track the changes and the winners will be announced in the UTA Messenger at the end of November.
