Jesse James bank robbery, $20,000
A passing police officer caught Jesse James Monday morning by the back door of Fidelity Bank after he robbed it.
Nearly 100 years ago the same bank was robbed by the notorious Jesse James and his brother Frank. Like this James, they too were caught.
“Jesse James was my great-great uncle,” James said. “I was just trying to finish the job he started.”
