The latest Library-News has hit the stands! Included is information about this summer’s construction work in the Central Library third floor and the latest exhibit hosted in Special Collections.
Special Collections will close at Noon Monday 2/1/2010

Special Collections will close at noon today (Monday) so staff may attend the funeral of Jenkins Garrett (left, in photo with his wife, Virginia, and Gerald Saxon, Dean of UT Arlington Library), that is scheduled for Monday afternoon.
The staff of Special Collections apologize for any inconvenience this unscheduled closure may cause.

Winter Holiday and Intersession Hours

Central Library will be open regular hours (24/5) for Winter Intersession during the weeks of Dec. 14-21 and Jan. 4-8. During the university holiday break, from Dec. 22 – Jan. 2, the library will be open from 9am to 8pm with the exceptions of closures on Dec. 24 and 25 and January 1. The library will close at 6pm on Dec. 31.
The hours in the Branch libraries (Science and Engineering, Architecture and Fine Arts, and the e-libraries for Business and Social Work and the Fort Worth Santa Fe campus) are much shorter. UTA Library is open during Spring Break

The UT Arlington Library is open every day during spring break.
Central Library on Monday and Tuesday, March 16 and 17, is open 24 hours.
Central will close at midnight on Wednesday, March 18 and have reduced hours during the staff holiday.
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, March 19-12, Central will open at 9am and close at 8pm.
