Datamining + Vision tracking
May 31, 2012 – 8:23 pmThis week the remote study abroad students began classes on data mining using a program called Weka. The program reads in data sets with attributes and will try to associate data based on those attributes and return the relations. I also prepared an abstract with Michel Gardner for a paper addressing water issues on the Greek island of Samos.
I began preparing a 3-d environment using vizard that will serve as a platform for both of my REU projects. Additional I have been working on a model specifically for the eye tracking project and plan on posting work in progress pictures tonight. Though work on it has been slow as I do not have a computer with the proper software at the lab and can only make progress at home.
