If you find yourself getting sick or struggling with allergies due to the ever changing Texas weather you should try these helpful tips in relieving nasal congestion
1. Drink plenty of water!
2. Take a hot shower (it can help loosen mucus secretions)
3. Apply Vicks rub on your back, chest, on top of your nose, or on the space between your nose and upper lip to help soothe your breathing.
4. Inhale steam (boil water or make some tea)

After watching the viral YouTube video, Kony 2012, I became inspired to let as many people know about the atrocities being committed by a man named Joseph Kony. Kony, an Ugandan head leader of a warfare group, has been behind the kidnapping of over 30,000 children. Thousands of children live in fear each day of being abducted. Once captured, they are brutally murdered, raped and forced into becoming child soldiers. Little girls are forced into sex slavery and all children are forced to torture other innocent victims and kill their parents. This genocide has been occurring for 6 years now, and just recently, it has become the center of social media and worldwide news.
So let’s make a small difference by sharing the video, signing the organization’s petition, and simply changing one’s profile picture on Facebook to the picture displayed below. Many people have no clue who this monster is, so our job is to make him famous. If enough people know about him, more efforts will be done to find and capture him. Let’s not remain indifferent about the problems occurring around the world. Like Elie Wiesel once said: “…neutrality helps the oppressor, never the victim. Silence encourages the tormentor, never the tormented.” So please, watch this video and sign the petition. MAKE KONY FAMOUS!
