Meeting OF Paths
Hopefully UTA will be becoming more diverse. A new acquaintance and I have group together to form a Pagan organization on campus.
This group will be known as The Meeting of Paths.
What is it?
An Eclectic Pagan group that focuses on providing education, support, and a safe celebration environment for those of ALL Pagan Paths.
By the way I am super EXCITED about this.
Mow my colleague and I know we aren’t the only Pagan students on this campus.We also know there are a lot of people who are pagan who have been largely solitary in our beliefs and that may have the desire to meet others and share. I know for one I have been.
I never had the most excepting family which makes have a non-Christian belief very difficult. Of course there are a multitude of online forums open to people, but why not have something tangible and close to home.
Unfortunately our university has nothing open to us. There aren’t as many meeting groups available off campus and as students many have no way to get to the few groups that are in Arlington.
It is our hope (mine very much so) that a student organization will make it easier for students of this path to practice and for students who don’t practice any paths to be able to learn about them and see that they are not Satanic practices.

Can I ask you about the February 22 meeting? I’d like to attend this one but I’ve seen a few different meeting places on the posters and I’m not sure which one is the correct one. Also, is it still at five o’clock?
I’m still a student, really. I found an online college and am working toward earning my first degree. I suppose my path would best be described as eclectic.@Shorty
What plan? We just decided to start a student interest group targeted at pagans. I myself am not sure if many of my faith would be interested but you never know until you open up the options. I extremely excited to see where this goes because despite the outcome there is so much potential. @Gabia
