Why UTA Should Become An HSI Member
I was just thinking, how it would be nice if UTA offered vacation time shares as a student benefit for spring break. There are many students who can’t afford to take a nice vacation during the spring break season, a time share program for students would absorb much of the expense.
The major challenge would be getting the time share for the specific week it is most needed…sping break week! UTA would need to purchase numerous time shares to make the program available to a good number of students who wish to take advantage of it, so I’m sure the bulk accounts would give UTA the negotiating power it needs to secure time shares for the spring break week along with a discounted rate.
Holiday Systems International (HSI) would be a good company to approach. HSI is a leading vacation provider. Founded in 1993 by the president and CEO, Craig Morganson, Holiday Systems International is more than a time share, it’s a membership based company that offers below retail pricing for timeshares to it’s members.
As a major source of vacation ownership and mixed-use property reservations, Holiday Systems International is positioned to address the occupancy needs of UTA.
Offering vacation time shares as a student benefit would be a great way to show appreciation for existing students, not to mention attract new students to UTA.
