Student & Administration Building – Rooftop Air Handler Replacements

Four of the ten rooftop air handling units on the Student & Administration Building are being replaced.  This work will begin on Tuesday, April 25th, to be completed no later than Thursday, April 27th, barring any unforeseen circumstances.  The remaining six units serving the building will remain operational during this period allowing temperatures to remain comfortable.

On Tuesday, April 25th only, the front parking spaces will need to be left open for a construction crane to lift the new air handling units to the roof.  These parking spaces will be blocked off to prevent access.
