Starting in June, the Office of Information Technology will resume transferring Box files and folders to OneDrive and SharePoint based on the schedule posted on the Box Migration Project Website. Please review the website to determine your scheduled date. The Box Migration Team will continue to schedule volunteers who would like to have their Box files moved to OneDrive or SharePoint in the month of May.

As part of the move to OneDrive and SharePoint, our support team will personally walk you through the necessary details to ensure you are fully informed and prepared for the migration of your files and folders. This customer service includes:

  • Contacting you directly to determine the best date to move your files and folders if you contacted us to change your migration date. 
  • Receiving emails with a confirmation of your requested or scheduled date along with additional resources that will better assist you in navigating OneDrive and SharePoint. 
  • Working with you after the migration to verify that all files and folders have been transferred to your new location.
