Get started today with the latest recommendations for returning to campus. As the faculty and staff return to campus for Fall 2020, we want to ensure they have all the resources and support from OIT. Therefore, we created a comprehensive OIT Return Help list designed to supply the latest IT resources and accommodations. These valuable resources include but are not limited to detailed instructions on scheduling in-person IT support, connecting to the newly upgraded wireless network, ordering a Microsoft Team-compatible headset or desktop phone, and ordering loaner computers, Wi-Fi sticks, or web camera.

In order to maintain social distancing protocols, we are asking faculty and staff to schedule appointments that require in-person IT support at least a week in advance of returning to campus and to complete other suggestions listed on the OIT Return Help page.
