External Presenters in Teams Live Events

An update will soon be deployed to Teams to allow persons from outside the University to present in Live Events.

Meeting organizers can choose to allow external presenters when they set up the Live Event from the Teams desktop application. The external presenter must use Teams via the desktop application as well.

A use case for this feature might be a Live Event with a speaker who is not affiliated with the University.
