We are excited to announce that To Do is available for faculty, staff, and students!

To Do allows users to break larger tasks into simple steps, add due dates, and set reminders.  This daily checklist can help keep you on track with tasks and assignments.

Once made available, faculty, staff, and students can access To Do through MyApps, mobile, or Teams.

Act now and take advantage of this brand-new feature to enhance your productivity.

Use To Do through MyApps:

1. Go to myapps.uta.edu.

  1. Click the “To Do” app icon.

Use To Do on Mobile

  1. Go to your app store and search for “Microsoft To Do.”

  1. Download the app.

 

  1. Sign in with your UTA credentials.

  2. View your tasks on mobile.

Add the To Do app to Teams:

  1. Choose the ellipsis icon from the sidebar on the left in Teams to install a new app.

  1. Next, search for “Tasks by Planner and To Do.”

  1. Finally, install the app.
